Membership to Holland Performance means focused, tailored training where you’ll be guided and supported every gym session.

​Normal gym memberships only offer the gym’s facilities(and maybe an introductory workout with a personal trainer). After that, you’re basically left to your own devices. You start training incorrectly, forget the correct exercise techniques, allow your body to train you rather than you train your body. This is why people lose motivation – they’re not seeing or feeling the results. Alternatively, you could engage a Personal Trainer for $80 - $100 per hour for at least a couple of sessions a week.

We offer the best of both worlds for just $70 per week!

​Holland Performance offers the facilities of a traditional gym combined with the professional planning, guidance, and support of a Personal Trainer. You will receive:

• A tailored training program.

• Individually guided training sessions (within a small group of fellow trainees).

• Ongoing program review and planning.

• Unlimited sessions within the personal training hours of the gym (40 hours per week).

• 24 hour access outside of session.

And for the first four weeks, you only pay $52.50 per week!
